This morning, the Media Day for the 'Disney 100-Year Special Exhibition' was held at the K Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The exhibition consisted of nine themed galleries and was organized by the Walt Disney Archive, which collects and preserves Walt Disney's history.
At a press conference today, Walt Disney Archive Exhibition Manager Matthew Adams said that each gallery contains the philosophy and ideas of its founder, and that it is a place where you can listen to magical stories one by one.
In particular, it is difficult to capture a long history of 100 years in one exhibition, but he added that the exhibits were selected as the criteria that best reveal each message.
The Exhibition Hub, which hosted this exhibition, said it is happy to present an exhibition in Korea for the first time in Asia that can be shared and enjoyed by all men and women of all ages.
The exhibition will be held in the exhibition space from the 1st to 4th floors of the K Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and will be filled with more than 250 Walt Disney Archives collections.
In particular, the 2023 release, "Indiana Jones, Dialed Costume of Destiny," is being released for the first time, drawing attention.
The exhibition, which will be held in Seoul for the first time in Asia after passing through Philadelphia in the U.S. and London in the U.K., will run until Dec. 31 at the K Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
