Apartment prices in Seoul rose 0.11 percent this week from the previous week, up slightly from 0.10 percent for the previous two consecutive weeks, according to the Korea Real Estate Agency today.
Apartment prices in Seoul declined for three consecutive weeks after recording a 0.23% increase in the second week of September, and stopped for two weeks at 0.1%.
Apartment price growth in the Seoul metropolitan area and across the country increased by 0.07% and 0.02%, respectively, by 0.01%p this week, while the provinces fell slightly from -0.02% the previous week to -0.03% this week.
Apartment lease prices continued to rise for the 74th consecutive week, with Seoul maintaining a 0.1% increase, while the Seoul metropolitan area was 0.12% and the nation was 0.06%.
