Prosecutors have not indicted Kim Gun-hee, the wife of President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is suspected of manipulating Deutsche Motors' stock price.

Kim were mobilized to manipulate the market price, and the prosecution said there is no evidence that Kim made a transaction to manipulate the market price or recognized the related facts, although there are suspicious circumstances.

In addition, Son, who was convicted in the second trial after being named Jeonju like Kim, is a professional investor, not just a Jeonju, and the main culprit of stock price manipulation also states that he informed Son of stock price management, explaining that he is different from Kim.

The prosecution also believed that there was no clear evidence that President Yoon's mother-in-law Choi Eun-soon was only provided with funds or accounts in the process of continuing investment by trusting former chairman Kwon Oh-soo, and recognized market manipulation.
