"Disney's magic for 100 years"...Asia's First 'Special Exhibition'

An exhibition is being held in Korea for the first time in Asia where visitors can see the history of Disney's 100 years at a glance, from Mickey Mouse to Captain America's mask.

More than 250 works, including the behind-the-scenes stories of Walt Disney's birth, as well as works containing the world view of Star Wars and Marvel, will be displayed.

Introduced through the 1928 animated film Steamboat Willie, it is a symbol of Walt Disney.

A special exhibition that offers a glimpse of Walt Disney's 100-year history has visited Korea for the first time in Asia.

[Matthew Adams / Walt Disney Archive Exhibition Manager: Each of the nine galleries contains the philosophy and ideas of the founder of Walt Disney. It's a chance to hear magical stories one by one.

In addition to Disney's birth story, it conveys the story of adventure in the vast worldview of the movies Star Wars and Marvel through various media.

More than 250 works, including the 2-meter-long Peter Pan ride, meet Disney fans, and the Indiana Jones: The Dial of Destiny costume was unveiled for the first time in the Korean exhibition.

Walt Disney also held a festival with fans in Anaheim, California, which is famous for its city of Disney, to look back on its 100-year-old story, and celebrated the significant footprints in Disney's history, including director James Cameron and actor Harrison Ford.

Walt Disney, which aims to go back to the basics and continue Disney's philosophy, stressed that the axis of the next 100 years will be the Asia-Pacific region, including Korea.
