U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris visited Michigan, a rival state, on the 19th local time to encourage early voting for the presidential election.

At his high school in Detroit, Michigan's largest city, turnout in Georgia and North Carolina on the first day of early voting was at an all-time high, Harris said, adding he would also break some records in Detroit.

As for rival Republican former President Trump, he pointed out that he is proving himself increasingly unstable and unfit by pointing to his old age.

In Michigan, President Joe Biden won over former President Donald Trump in 2020, but in 2016, Trump defeated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by a hair's breadth.
