At the Supreme Prosecutors' Office's parliamentary audit tomorrow (21st), the ruling and opposition parties are expected to be heated over Kim Gun-hee's indictment of her alleged involvement in the manipulation of Deutsche Motors stock prices.

The impeachment of Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung, officially made by the Democratic Party, is also an issue.

This is reporter Kim Dahyun.

After four and a half years of investigation, the prosecution did not indict Kim Gun-hee's alleged manipulation of Deutsche Motors stock price.

Mrs. Kim, who is not familiar with investment, only trusted former chairman Kwon Oh-soo and entrusted the account, and concluded that she was not aware of the stock price manipulation.

Prosecutors say they have stated that they have never informed Kim of the stock price manipulation.

He explained that there was no objective evidence here, and that he was different from the 'Jeonju' Son, who was already convicted. It is suspected that two of the transactions made under the account of

Kim were made after being contacted by former chairman Kwon Oh-soo, but

or Mrs. Kim's perception.

The prosecution emphasized throughout the four-hour briefing that it had faithfully decided in accordance with the legal principles as there was no conclusive clue.

However, the ruling and opposition parties strongly clashed over the results of the prosecution's investigation during the National Audit of the Central District Prosecutors' Office the very next day.

In order to investigate the alleged stock price manipulation, the prosecution said it had never filed a warrant against Kim Gun-hee, but the Democratic Party of Korea pushed the prosecution to say the opposite at the briefing, as it lacked proper investigation.

Although the Central District Prosecutors' Office clearly explained that it had never requested a warrant, it was a "misunderstanding," the Supreme Prosecutors' Office's parliamentary audit is also expected to have a battle over the disposition of Kim.

On top of that, the Democratic Party of Korea said it would seek to impeach Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung and Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office Chief Lee Chang-soo by holding him responsible for the poor investigation, but the power of the people is political retaliation, so a fierce battle between the ruling and opposition parties is expected to be inevitable in the parliamentary audit of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.
