The National Intelligence Service officially announced the dispatch of North Korean troops to Russia on the 18th and presented three satellite images as related evidence.
Among them, two satellite photos were designated as foreign private companies, but the photos titled "North Korea's Forces Transport Russian Ship Activities" were not listed.
It is a photo of a Russian ship transferring North Korean troops at Cheongjin Port, and it appears to have been taken by a satellite equipped with a synthetic opening radar operated by South Korea.
