More than 180 passengers are suffering from major inconvenience because a Korean Air flight scheduled to operate from Da Nang to Incheon was canceled due to an abnormality in the airframe.

Korean Air said flight KE462, which was scheduled to leave Da Nang International Airport in Vietnam at 5:30 a.m. local time on the 21st and arrive at Incheon International Airport, was canceled due to a "tidal collision."

This has caused major inconvenience for some passengers, who were due to return to South Korea on the plane, as they were stranded in Vietnam.

Passengers stranded there were found to be staying at accommodations provided by Korean Air.

Korean Air will transport passengers on a regular flight departing Da Nang at 3:40 p.m. local time.
