Breaking News Court dismisses provisional disposition for 'Suspension of tender offer process for Korea Zinc'

The application for provisional injunction filed by Youngpoong, who is in a management dispute with Korea Zinc, was not accepted.

The Seoul Central District Court rejected Youngpoong Co., Ltd.'s request for an injunction to suspend the tender purchase process against three people, including Korea Zinc Chairman Choi Yoon-beom.

Earlier, Youngpoong filed an injunction with the court to prevent Korea Zinc from buying 3.6 trillion won worth of treasury stocks from the 4th to the 23rd.

Earlier on the 2nd, the court also rejected Youngpoong's request for an injunction against the acquisition of treasury stocks against Chairman Choi.
