Ministry of National Defense "Should Stop Illegal Dispatching Forces to Participate in the War of North Korean Invasion"

The ministry says North Korea's dispatch of special forces for Russia is illegal, in violation of U.N. resolutions and strongly warns of an immediate end.

"North Korea's participation in Russia's war of aggression is an illegal act that should be condemned by the international community," Ministry of National Defense spokesman Jeon Ha-kyu said at a regular briefing yesterday (21st).

When asked if the dispatch of North Korean troops exceeded the red line set by the South Korean government on military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, he/she reserved the evaluation, but added that the government will open up various possibilities for supporting weapons of destruction to Ukraine and watch related trends depending on the trend of military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.

This is interpreted as an explanation that it is possible to consider supporting 155mm artillery shells and other weapons of killing or dispatching military personnel while closely monitoring the dispatch of North Korean troops and Russia's trend of military technology support to North Korea.
