Fair Trade Commission Orders to Correct Nature and Environment for Violation of Written Issuance Obligations

The Fair Trade Commission has issued a corrective order for violations of the construction company's natural science environment's obligation to issue documents.

Nature and Environment were found to have violated their obligation to issue documents, such as not signing the contract while entrusting four construction projects to suppliers for more than a year from June 2021.

The original business operator must issue a document including the original contractor's signature or seal until the contractor begins work.
