As the population of "home training" who exercise at home increases, purchases of "foam rollers," a stretching device, are also increasing.

However, most of the foam roller products on the market did not show any caution about falls.

When the Korea Consumer Agency examined 20 products that consumers use a lot,

, there was a difference in hardness indicating hardness, but no hazardous material was detected.

In fact, there have been a total of 18 accidents related to foam rollers registered in the consumer risk monitoring system over the past three years.

Fifteen of these cases were children's accidents.

When I fell on the foam roller, I suffered a fracture or a laceration by hitting the foam roller directly.

There is a movement to balance or acupressure your feet on a foam roller. However, if you do this in a slippery place, you can get hurt by falling off like this.

Adults also need special attention as they can lead to falls and seriously injure them if they are not careful.

The Korea Consumer Agency requested improvement for 18 products that do not mark accident prevention and urged consumers to be careful about falling accidents when using foam rollers.
