Gwangju, led by head coach Lee Jung-hyo, won three consecutive Asian Champions League games.

Gwangju won 3-1 in the third group match against Johor Malaysia at Yongin Mir Stadium.

Gwangju striker Asani led the team to victory with two goals and one assist.

Gwangju, which earlier beat Japan's Yokohama and Kawasaki, took the lead with all three games.

Pohang lost to Buriram 0-1 in an away match at Chang Arena in Thailand.
