Chuncheon poultry farm fire extinguished in 4 hours...170,000 chickens died.

Yesterday (22nd), a fire broke out at a poultry farm in Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do, and was extinguished in four hours.

Nine employees were evacuated and no one was injured, but four buildings, including 170,000 chickens and a warehouse, were burned, causing an estimated 1 billion won in damage.

Fire authorities believe the fire started at the poultry farm warehouse and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
