Oil tank explodes in Uganda...Eleven people died trying to pump oil.

An oil tanker overturned in a car accident near Kampala, Uganda's capital, killed at least 11 residents who had been gathering to pump oil.

The accident occurred on the 22nd local time, and two children were among the dead, local police said.

The AP and Reuters reported that the driver warned of the danger of an explosion, but people gathered to get oil and sell it, but they were defecated.

A similar accident occurred last week in Nigeria, killing more than 140 people.

In 2019, 62 people died in Tanzania and 183 in South Sudan in 2015.
