Tents and equipment at the festival site near the Hantan River in Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, collapsed due to a sudden gust of wind early this morning (23rd).

The festival site was empty because it was early in the morning, and no one was injured.

Pocheon City Hall officials said they have restored all the tents and equipment that were damaged, and that the festival scheduled for the end of this month will also proceed normally.

Currently, strong winds are continuing throughout the country, including strong wind warnings in mountainous areas of Gangwon-do, so special attention is needed to prevent damage.
