Recently, as barefoot walking has gained popularity under the name of "Ashing," the Seoul Metropolitan Government has prepared guidelines for safe barefoot walking.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government recommended that barefoot trails and hiking trails be separated to minimize friction between barefoot walking citizens and hikers, and to create barefoot trails that utilize the existing natural ground conditions as much as possible, rather than artificially creating 100% red clay roads.

He added that in principle, it is better to install it in a flat area to prevent soil from overflowing or losing and polluting the surroundings when it rains.
