Chairman Wu meets with the Polish president..."Enhance relationships through K-2"

National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik met with Polish President Andrzej Duda to discuss exchanges in the defense sector between the two countries and expansion of cooperation in the high-tech industry and energy sectors.

Speaking to President Duda at the National Assembly, Wu said he expects the contract to produce K-2 tanks in Poland to go smoothly and is also very interested in new defense cooperation such as submarines.

In response, President Duda responded by saying that he believes that Korea-Poland relations will be strengthened through K-2 tanks and that he will have deeper conversations in the future.
