Ten days after receiving a suspended sentence of imprisonment for drunk driving, another 20-year-old who drove under the influence of a license was sentenced to prison in an appeal trial.

The Daejeon District Court dismissed the appeal of A and the prosecution in the appeal trial of A in his 20s, who was charged with drunk driving, and sentenced him to one year and four months in prison, the same as the first trial.

The court explained the reason for the dismissal of the appeal, saying the sentence did not look too light or heavy.

Mr. A was caught driving without a license 10 days after he was sentenced to one year and three years in prison for drunk driving last year.
