Yang Jae-woong (42), a psychiatrist who was sued by the police for the death of a patient at his hospital, said he could not admit the negligence of the hospital.

Earlier in May, a woman in her 30s, who was hospitalized at Yang's psychiatric hospital in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, died. Since then, the bereaved family has filed a complaint against six medical staff, including Yang, the head of the hospital, on charges of professional negligence.
