North Korea talks with Vietnamese foreign ministers to "strengthen relations"

North Korea held a foreign ministerial meeting with Vietnam in Pyongyang yesterday to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations, the Korean Central News Agency reported.

During the meeting, North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Park Sang-gil and Vietnamese Vice Minister Nguyen Ming agreed on issues to expand exchanges and cooperation in various fields and strengthen friendly relations with a long history and tradition.

Earlier, Vice Minister Park visited Vietnam early last month and met with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Ting-Sun.
