A fire broke out on the 12th floor of a 15-story apartment building in Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 2 a.m. today (24th) and was extinguished in about 20 minutes.
No one was injured, but more than 60 apartment residents had to evacuate in the middle of the night.
Fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
