Scandal
is a 2003 film directed by Lee Jae-yong and adapted from the French novel Dangerous Relationship during the Joseon Dynasty. The story is about Joseon's best wife Jo (Lee Mi-sook) and playboy Cho Won (Bae Yong-joon) playing an exorbitant love game to corrupt her uncle (Jeon Jeon-yeon).

Scandal' recorded more than 3 million viewers even though it was not allowed for teenagers at the time, and was also recognized for its cinematic quality, such as winning awards at overseas film festivals.

In Scandal, which is reinterpreted in a series, Son Ye-jin plays the role of Mrs. Cho and Ji Chang-wook plays the role of Cho Won. Director Jung Ji-woo will direct the films 'Happy End', 'Modern Boy', 'Eungyo' and 'Yuyeol's Music Album'.
