Mount Bonghwa in North Gyeongsang Province fell to minus 0.4 degrees Celsius, and in most parts of the country, it was about 3 to 9 degrees lower than yesterday.

The temperature dropped sharply from the northwest due to a strong chill of around minus 15 degrees Celsius, and the radiation cooling effect.

Due to the cold wind, the temperature felt was lower than the temperature, so the mountainous area plummeted to minus 5 degrees Celsius in Muju Seolcheonbong, and Seoul also recorded 6.2 degrees Celsius.
