In a statement, the party's special media committee pointed out that Choi took away the right to question Rep. Choi Soo-jin, the People's Power, and others, who mentioned the results of the civic group evaluation that the proportion of the chairman's questions accounted for 20% of the total.
In addition, Choi protested that he also deprived Rep. Park Jung-hoon of his right to question, who protested the accusation of Kim Tae-kyu, acting chairman of the Korea Communications Commission.
The special committee criticized that censoring the right to speak given to lawmakers under the Constitution is outrageous, saying it even inquired about who the ruling party's aides put up a picket urging them to guarantee their right to speak.
The special committee urged the chairman to resign and apologize and return the operation of the standing committee to its original position, stressing that otherwise it would have to take legal action.
