The Korea Land and Housing Corporation and LH have decided to pay the increase in the sale price that occurred between the date of the main contract announced to the winners of the pre-subscription and the actual main contract date.

Asked at the National Assembly's Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee's comprehensive parliamentary audit held today (24th), "Have you come up with measures to deal with the sale price of public pre-subscription?" LH President Lee Han-joon said, "In principle, LH is responsible for the increase in the sale price during the delay in the main office contract."

For example, the 84㎡ area dedicated to the A2 block of Incheon Gyeyang, which recently carried out the main office contract, has a fixed sale price of up to 584.11 million won, which is 924 million won higher than the estimated sale price at the time of pre-subscription.

The scheduled time for the main office contract, which was announced earlier at the time of the pre-subscription, was October 15 last year, but as the main office contract was actually made in the middle of this month, a year later, 40% of the winners of the pre-subscription gave up the main office contract due to concerns about a rise in sales prices due to rising construction costs.
