halloween festival at uk zoo... "finding snacks from pumpkin pieces"

Ahead of Halloween Day on October 31, a zoo in the U.K. presented Halloween pumpkin decorations and snacks to animals.

Monkeys who see Halloween pumpkins that look scary or are sculpted in a funny way can open the lid, get their hands inside the pumpkin slices, take out snacks, and play with them as toys.

Wild boars with nice tusks and yaks keep licking pumpkins and looking for snacks to see if they like the pumpkin pieces and specials given by the zoo for Halloween.

The zoo explained that the carved pumpkins were placed throughout the zoo, with delicious snacks in some pumpkins and some left empty so that the animals could find food.

The Whipsnade Zoo is the largest zoo in the UK, covering 600 acres and housing more than 10,000 animals.
