With an additional 2,227 victims who can receive support for the Special Act on Cheonsei Fraud, the total number of victims recognized by the committee since the enforcement of the Special Act on June 1 last year has reached 23,730.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Jeonse Fraud Damage Support Committee has held three general meetings since the 8th and passed 1,227 out of 1,961 applications for victim decisions.

Under the special law, 44 cases that failed to meet the victim's requirements were rejected, and 221 cases that signed up for a lease deposit return guarantee or could receive the full deposit back by receiving the highest payment were excluded from the damage recognition.

In an earlier review, 51 out of 10060 people who filed an objection because they were not recognized as victims were recognized as victims of charter fraud because it was confirmed that they met the victims' requirements.
