Chairman Han Ki-jung said this at the National Policy Committee's parliamentary audit held at the National Assembly today when he pointed out that the amount of penalty refunds is high due to the loss of the FTC lawsuit.
Regarding the so-called "eat and run" case in which consumers do not return the cost of using the gym in advance due to business closures, he said, "We will conduct a survey and come up with measures to improve it."
Regarding the win-win consultation on the revolving delivery platform, Chairman Han reaffirmed his existing position, saying, "If it doesn't work properly, we will consider additional measures."
