The story has been told that the dog was damaged by a neighbor who placed a pressure on the rooftop because the sound of the dog running was loud.

According to JTBC's case team leader on the 24th, the informant said he stepped on this oppression with his dog on the roof of a row house in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province on the 18th.

The informant claimed that a resident living on the bottom floor of the rooftop laid a pressure on the rooftop because it was "noisy." It is explained that he did this out of dissatisfaction with the informant who visited the rooftop with his dog.

The informant said, "Recently, the head of the management office said, 'A resident living on the bottom floor of the rooftop works at night and sleeps in the morning, but he can't sleep because the dog runs,'" adding, "The only person who can feel the noise of the rooftop is the resident on the bottom floor."

Earlier on the 18th, the informant filed a complaint by someone stacking and blocking luggage at the entrance of the rooftop, and received a response from the head of the management office, saying, "I will tell the resident who filed the complaint before to clean it up."

He added that the items had been removed that evening, so he went to the rooftop with his dogs, and that the floor was sprinkled with oppression.

The informant said, "The time I usually go up to the rooftop is in the morning when people are active, and I always stay with my dogs for about six minutes. Other residents used to take their dogs to the rooftop before, and they even brought a "necklace" because it was noisy, but it is absurd that they did this."
