North Korea's internal media, including the Rodong Sinmun, the newspaper of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Korean Central TV, and the radio Korean Central Broadcasting, did not report the position of the Vice Foreign Minister regarding North Korea's dispatch to Russia today (26th).
Earlier, Kim Jeong-gyu, the Vice Foreign Minister for Russia, said yesterday, "In the form of answering a question from a reporter from the Korean Central News Agency, an external media outlet, I think such an action would be in line with international law norms."
At the same time, he indirectly admitted to sending troops, saying that there must be forces that want to describe it as illegal.
