A local fisheries cooperative executive, who was dismissed after being caught sneaking through his disciplinary documents, filed an objection lawsuit, but lost.

The Incheon District Court ruled against the plaintiff in a lawsuit filed by A, a former local fisheries cooperative executive in Incheon, against the union president to invalidate the disciplinary dismissal.

The court judged that A should be dismissed from disciplinary action according to the standard table, saying that he deliberately repeatedly entered another office to obtain relevant data in the face of the disciplinary process.

A, who was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won in the first trial for illegal campaigning in 2021, was found to have sneaked into the office and examined various documents, knowing that the Korea Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives would audit him if a final ruling came out.

As a result of the audit, it was found that A frequently entered the office before the incident and copied documents or inquired about personal credit information such as customers, and the local fisheries cooperative issued a disciplinary dismissal, which is a severe punishment.
