LG CNS said it started an emergency inspection at around 1:06 p.m. yesterday due to a T-money service error.
According to the inspection, the error was due to network equipment problems at Bupyeong Data Center, and the service was normalized at 2:39 p.m. through subsequent measures.
An LG CNS official said, "We are trying to find out the exact cause of the problem caused by the network equipment," adding, "We will make efforts to prevent a recurrence afterwards."
Earlier, an error occurred in the T-Money computer network that operates the ticketing system for high-speed and intercity bus terminals nationwide for an hour and a half from 1 p.m. yesterday, causing inconvenience for passengers across the country because they could not issue bus tickets on time.
