A2O Entertainment, a new entertainment agency where producer Lee Soo-man applied for the trademark, released the video on its official SNS on the 26th.
The video shows the performances of A2O Entertainment trainees "Rookies." Most of the trainees are believed to be of Chinese descent.
Above all, Lee Soo-man's initials "S.M. LEE" were posted on the video's credit, drawing attention. He seems to have been in charge of the producer.
In February last year, Lee Soo-man handed over his stake in SM to Hive and declared separation from SM. At the time, Lee Soo-man said, "As always, I am heading toward the future. Now, K-pop must evolve beyond K-pop into global music with the world," he said.
After about a year and eight months, Lee Soo-man returned to the popular music industry as a producer again.
Lee Soo-man is known to be unable to engage in entertainment in Korea for about three years under the "Prohibition of Competition." However, since A2O is headquartered in Singapore and its area of activity is aligned with the global market, it believes that producer Lee Soo-man's activities through A2O do not violate the competition prohibition clause.
