The People's Power refuted the opposition's claim that the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which uses the government's available resources without issuing additional government bonds or drawing up an extra budget for revenue, was appropriate.

On the other hand, the Democratic Party of Korea pointed out that the government's fiscal countermeasures did not violate its promise to the National Assembly, and that a hearing is needed to prevent the government's "return of financial resources."
