I tried to take the entire school examination to evaluate the student's academic level, but it was repeatedly canceled.

The collective agreement signed with the Gangwon branch of the KTU in 2021 was a stumbling block.

The agreement stated that the education office does not conduct academic tests.

In addition, there were provisions such as the prohibition of competitions organized by the Office of Education and schools, and the prohibition of commendation of the superintendent of education.

The Gangwon Office of Education decided not to follow such collective agreements as they expired and expired, saying they would limit educational field authority.
