The World Series between the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers has raised eyebrows after a series of spectators interrupted the game.

Torres, who was the leadoff hitter in the bottom of the first inning of the New York Yankees' attack, makes a huge foul ball.

Dodgers right fielder Betts chases and presents a luxury defense with a jump.

But two outfield spectators pull Betts' gloves and don't let go.

One spectator even opens Betts' glove with force to pull the ball out.

The controversy ended when the referee ran and declared out, leaving the enraged Betts behind.

Two spectators who touched Betts's glove were ejected from the field for obstruction of defense, eventually.

It's not the first time in this series that spectators have interfered with the defense.

In the first game held on the 25th, a Dodgers fan in the outfield stands reached out his glove and caught a big hit by Yankees Torres himself.

The umpire recognized it as a double at the time, but the Yankees failed to score and suffered a disappointing upset in overtime.
