It has been confirmed that the National Human Rights Commission of Korea has entrusted the Korea Military Academy to make autonomous improvement plans without official recommendations even after confirming the human rights violation practice in which the cadets of the Korea Military Academy forcibly feed snacks to their juniors.

According to the Human Rights Commission's investigation report secured by the office of Kim Sung-hoe of the Democratic Party of Korea, the commission, which received the relevant complaint, confirmed the practice of senior cadets forcibly feeding first-year students chocolate pie and other snacks on March 14th through interviews and surveys with military cadets in March 14.

However, last month, the subcommittee on military rights was found to have concluded the petition to improve itself by revising the cadet living rules in the military without official recommendations or expressions of opinions on the matter.

At that time, there were claims of policy recommendations and opinion expressions at the meeting, but it was reported that the issue was closed because there were many claims to leave it to the autonomy because the military is taking action.
