T-Money promised to compensate for the damage quickly along with measures to prevent a recurrence in connection with the computer failure that occurred on the 27th.

T-Money said in a statement today, "We deeply apologize to users and service officials who have suffered great inconvenience due to this disability."

T-Money refunded the entire amount of damage on the 28th for users who suffered financial damage such as charging service failures, and the damage compensation center is receiving matters that require receiving damage details, and will consult with service operators to implement compensation procedures as soon as possible.

He then said that the network switch equipment in the computer center that caused the problem will be replaced by the end of this month and that the automatic failure detection system will be advanced and system management personnel will be strengthened.
