While the family group of abductees said it would openly spray leaflets against North Korea tomorrow (30th), there are concerns about clashes as opposition rallies are also predicted.

The abductees' family group said it will send 50,000 leaflets containing the names and photos of South Korean and Japanese abductees to North Korea in front of the "National Korean War abductees Memorial Hall" in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, at 10 a.m. tomorrow.

At the same time, civic groups opposing the spraying of leaflets against North Korea will also stage a rally against the peace crisis and Paju City's leadership.

Accordingly, the police plan to deploy more than 500 experienced people, including the Gyeonggi Northern Police Agency and Paju Police Station, to control the two sides from colliding.

In addition, Gyeonggi Province, which previously set the entire city of Paju as a dangerous zone and banned the distribution of leaflets to the North, will send a special envoy to confiscate the leaflets.
