A YouTuber who assaulted Johnny Somali, an American YouTuber who has been controversial for his various misbehaviors, such as kissing the statue of a girl of peace, has been arrested.
The Songpa Police Station in Seoul arrested a male YouTuber in his 20s for assaulting Somali on the street in Bangi-dong, Seoul, at around 9:30 a.m. today (31st).
Somali was found to have been bruised on her face, but the police plan to investigate her detailed motives.
Somali has been accused by police of kissing the statue of a girl of peace or sexually harassing a passerby in a YouTube live broadcast earlier in Korea.
