The Incheon Metropolitan Government said the Incheon Fisheries Technology Support Center collected 41 items and 221 samples of fishery products caught near Incheon's local fish farms from January to October this year and found that the entire items were "fit."

The survey items were 94 items, including radioactivity, heavy metals, antibiotics, and prohibited substances, and all samples met safety standards in the analysis of shellfish toxins that can cause food poisoning.

Since April 2021, when the plan to discharge contaminated water from the Japanese nuclear power plant was announced, Incheon City has been collecting marine products every month and conducting radioactive investigations.
