As North Korea test-fired intercontinental ballistic missiles and ICBMs today (31st), the Kremlin avoided answering the possibility that Russia provided missile technology to North Korea.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov did not say at a briefing on the 31st local time, saying he would have to contact the Defense Ministry with professional information.

However, Peskov said the comprehensive strategic partnership treaty signed by Russia and North Korea meant cooperation in all areas and stressed that no one had to fear or worry about it.
