Lee Ho-joon, the new manager of professional baseball NC, emphasized that he will create a culture in which players grow on their own through fierce internal competition.

At the inauguration ceremony held at NC Park in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, Lee said there are no guaranteed positions in any position, adding that he will give full opportunities to players who train hard and produce results.

Coach Lee decided to keep wearing the uniform number "27" when he was active, and announced that next season's captain is Park Min-woo.

Lee, who has taken leadership classes as a coach at NC and LG since 2019 after retirement, took the NC baton for a total of 1.4 billion won over three years.

Let's hear what director Lee Ho-joon said.

[Lee Ho-joon / New manager of NC, a professional baseball team: There is no guaranteed position in any position, and you will have to work constantly. You can't get into the starting entry unless you're in a condition to sprint to first base. I should feel a sense of crisis that the replaced player can replace me even if there is a substitution for rest due to a big score difference.]
