Heavy rain with gusts of wind on Jeju and the South Coast until tomorrow morning...Up to 300mm

Heavy rain with gusts of wind is expected to fall on Jeju Island and the southern coast by tomorrow morning, so caution is needed.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said that the temperate low pressure weakened by the typhoon will notify the southern sea of Jeju Island, causing a lot of rain of up to 300mm in the mountains of Jeju and more than 100mm on the southern coast between today and tomorrow morning.

In particular, there will be places where strong rain of 30 to 50 millimeters per hour is concentrated in the mountains of Jeju Island, and there will be strong winds of around 25 meters per second in parts of Jeju Island and the southern coast.

The sea is likely to have high waves.

The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) asked Jeju Island to be thoroughly prepared for safety accidents, saying that strong winds will blow in coastal areas due to strong rain and wind.
