The sad story of a Palestinian paramedic who belatedly realized it was his mother while transporting the body of a woman killed in an Israeli attack was revealed.

According to foreign media, Bardini, who works as a paramedic in Gaza on the 30th of last month, was dispatched to central Gaza, where he was attacked by Israeli forces, to recover the dead body at the scene with his colleagues. I faced my mother.

Bardini, who headed to the hospital with a body covered in a white cloth in an ambulance, sobbed later after medics lowered the white cloth for identification in the mortuary, only to find out that the body he had recovered was his mother.

Samira, the mother of the deceased Bardini, is believed to have been killed when Israeli forces attacked a vehicle near the Magazi refugee camp on the same day.

When Bardini and his colleagues learned that the body he recovered from the scene and moved to the ambulance with was his mother, they prayed at the scene and the body was later moved for burial.
