The People's Power filed a complaint against Choi Min-hee, head of the Democratic Party of Korea, who deprived the ruling party of his right to speak at the parliamentary audit of the National Assembly's Science, ICT, Broadcasting and Communications Committee.

People's Power issued a press release and announced that it had filed a complaint with the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office against Chairman Choi, who banned Choi Soo-jin from speaking at the parliamentary inspection on the 24th of last month.

He then pointed out that Chairman Choi degraded the dignity and function of the committee due to his dogmatic operation and excessive use of his speech time, and committed a constitutional destructive act that prohibits even the remarks of fellow members.

Earlier, Rep. Choi Soo-jin criticized Choi for "gabjil," saying that he spent more than 19% of the total speaking time at the National Assembly's inspection of over-defense, and Choi banned him from speaking when he demanded an apology and was rejected.
