The Korea Meteorological Administration said the typhoon has turned into a temperate low pressure, but it will pass through the southern waters of Jeju Island with strong rain clouds overnight.
As a result, there will be strong rain and wind on Jeju Island and the southern coast by tomorrow morning, and more rain is expected to fall up to 250mm on Jeju Island and up to 80mm on the southern coast.
In particular, Jeju and Seongsan have already received more than 200mm of heavy rain a day, marking the highest-ever precipitation as of November, and more than 260mm of heavy rain fell along with gusts in Jeju mountain azalea fields.
