Jeju Island, where a heavy rain warning was issued, received more than 200mm of water bombs yesterday (1st), recording the highest rainfall ever as of November.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said the daily precipitation in Jeju and Seongsan, where the observatory is located, was 238.4mm in Jeju and 242.1mm in Seongsan, the highest since the regional observation.

In particular, the daily precipitation in the Jeju area was recorded as the highest rainfall in November in 101 years since 1923 when observation began.

In addition, in mountainous areas with topographical factors, more than 310mm of heavy rain fell around the azalea field.
