The FBI, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in a joint statement that Russia had recently produced videos of people voting illegally in several counties in Georgia claiming to be from Haiti.
At the same time, we cited the past activities and information of Russian actors, including videos and other disinformation activities, as the basis for this judgment.
The joint statement also pointed out that Russian actors also made a video containing false claims that a person from the U.S. Democratic Party received bribes from a celebrity.
He then criticized the activity as an attempt by the Russian government to raise unfounded suspicions about the credibility of U.S. elections and stoke division among Americans.
